Policy Statement

GT Lifting Solutions Ltd aims to maintain its position as a competitive and specialised provider of Lifting Equipment within both Southern & Northern England and the Welsh counties. The Directors provide the leadership, encouragement, resources and working environment to enable employees to recognise the needs and priorities of the Customer that are the focus of all our activities. All equipment is hired under CPA model conditions and all Operators and Lifting Professionals are CPCS qualified.

The Directors are active in all day-to-day management decisions and remain overall responsible for the Business Management System including the maintenance of registration to the latest edition of the International Standard, ISO 9001 by a Nationally accredited third-party Assessment Body (ISOQAR).


It is the aim of the Directors to continually strive to enhance the satisfaction of its customers, and the reputation of the business, by maximising the use of management information provided through the reporting facility of an industry-specific database that is fully integrated into the Business Management System to:

i. Lead continual development of existing processes to improve efficiency and reliability to the service offered to customers;

ii. Build and retain a team of Specialist Lifting Professionals to drive continual improvement through increased efficiency, productivity and safety, developing an innovative solution to enhanced customer satisfaction;

iii. Establish a leading edge construction focused Training Academy to a drive a lifting professional improvement scheme;

iv. Continually deal rapidly with any issues whilst on hire, with specialist equipment and competent personnel available to provide a prompt and effective resolution;

v. Continue to develop all employees personally, and in line with business strategy, with capacity to recruit additional resources in line with anticipated and actual growth;

vi. Control costs through effective use of plant utilisation, and effective disposal and introduction of new equipment;

vii. Conduct all work in line with applicable regulatory requirements;

viii. Maintain and seek to continually improve the Quality Management System compliant with the requirements of ISO9001.
